FEW WORDS ABOUT DASHAIN Festivals are the events which helps us to continue our culture and tradition. By the means of festivals we can educate our children about our culture and tradition.To keep our culture forever its our duty to celebrete and observe our festivals.Among all festivals of Nepalese Dashain and Tihar are the greatest and importent which are knocking our door this days.
Dashain or Bijayadashami is the festival which is celebrated by worshiping the goddes of strength "Durga". This is the festival of victory.During this festival most of the nepalese women decorate and paint their houses by“kamero and rato mato”. In many places of village people hang "linge ping". Parents sow the seeds of maize,rice and barly in the temple room,which is used as "jamara" on Bijayadashami.Children loves to wear new clothes and visit their elders house to get blessing, so they demand new clothes to their parents. But people with poor economic condition seek loan and fulfill their children's intrests, which is not good.we can celebrate our festival on simple way.
Though the craze of this festival is mostly in Nepal and India, but Nepalese and Indian people living out of country are still managing some program to calebrate their festival which is the good aspact.
Actually what we should do is to celebrate our festival, weather we be anyware. So let's celebrate Dashain with great pleasure and enjoyment.
